He is survived by: his children, Richard Cook (Jeanne), Victor Woods (Tara) and Dr. Bridget Stevens; his grandchildren, Jeffrey Tobias "Toby" Stevens, Zachary Stevens, Faith Mackenzie Stevens, Sapphire Starkey (Caleb), Ian Woods and Benjamin Woods; his great grandchild Adelyn Starkey; and his siblings, Susie Ball (Emory), Jimmy Dale Cook (Rose Ann) and Jerry Cook (Jeannie). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
