It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Douglas Erwin Peters of Charleston, West Virginia, who passed away on September 11, 2023, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father James D. Peters of Wharton, WV.; his sister Donna Rowe; and his brother-in-law Johnny Rowe. He is survived by: his mother Patricia Peters; his close friend Lucille Wilson; and his siblings, Donnie Peters (Susan), Deanna Harvey (Dayman) and Darla Butler (Robert). He is also survived by eight nieces and nephews and nine great nieces and nephews.
