It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Beaulah Horton (Charleston, West Virginia), born in Saint Albans, West Virginia, who passed away on May 5, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Taylor and Louella Meadows Taylor; her husband Harvey M. Horton; and her sisters, Nell Preston, Alice Titus and Mae McDonald.
She is survived by: her daughter Sharon Horton of South Charleston; and her siblings, Opal Carrington of Portsmouth, OH, James Taylor of Simi Valley, CA and Joe Taylor (Linda) of Portsmouth, OH. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
