She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Ashworth and Anna Parsons Ashworth; her husband John Henry Atkins; her son William Henry Atkins; and her siblings, Louise Utt, Clifford Ashworth, Howard Ashworth Jr. and Franklin Ashworth.
She is survived by: her sons, Rusty Atkins (Virginia) of Bancroft, WV, Roger Atkins (Debbie) of York, SC, Gary Atkins (Connie) of Sissonville, WV and Dale Atkins of Parkersburg, WV. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.
