She is survived by: her daughters, Rhonda Hayes (Jackie) and Kimberly Bartley; her siblings, Charles McCormick (Diana), Walter "Junior" McCormick and Teresa Withrow; her grandchildren, Jason Dillard (Jennifer Fisher), Kenny Tyler (Jodi) and Allison Cooper (Justin); her great grandchildren, Nevaeh Saltsgaver, Jersey Dillard, Jackson Fisher, Sophia Cooper and Wesley Cooper; and her nieces, Mandy Ellis (Quentin), Amy Zimmerman (Kyle), Amber Elswick, Sheri Lacy (Greg) and Kelly Smith (Shawn).
