We are sad to announce that on March 1, 2020, at the age of 92, Dennis Scragg (Charleston, West Virginia) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Dennis Scragg to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Rosewell Scragg and Gertrude Scragg. He is survived by: his wife Lois Jean Scragg of Charleston; and his children, Steve Scragg (Betsy), Rob Scragg and Mary "Sis" Scragg of Charleston. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
