She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph D. Hodges; her parents, Johnny L. Burgess and Mildred A. Burgess Nelson; and her siblings, Paul Burgess and Phylis Snidow.
She is survived by: her children, Lynn Hope Baker (Chuck) of South Charleston, Mark David Hodges (Jeannine) of Clearwater and John Lee Hodges (Beth) of Columbus Ohio; her grandchildren, Nicholas Baker, Heather Hodges, Andrew Baker (Stacy), Ashley Hodges, David Hodges (Luann) and Lauren Hodges; her great grandchildren, Lilianne Rose Hodges and Charlotte Mae Hodges; and her sister Sandra Atkinson (Bill).
