He was predeceased by: his parents, David F. Fisher and Myrtle Wriston Fisher; his siblings, Ed, Floyd, Jim, Vaden, Noca, Cleo, Palma June and Valma; and his wife Edna.
He is survived by: his children, Marilyn Parsons of Sissonville and David Fisher (Sheila) of London, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Kimberly Arthur of Sissonville, Joshua Workman (Jo) of South Charleston and Isabella Hampton of London, Kentucky; and his great grandchildren, Chesnee Nicole and Seth Alan Arthur of Sissonville.
