He was predeceased by: his parents, James Lewis Meadows and Martha Pearl Nichols Meadows. He is survived by: his fiancée Linda Kay Myers; his children, Wastashash Jennings Myers, Christina Lea Myers and Lynn Meadows Whitt; his stepson Hank Myers; and his siblings, Lewis Meadows, Ernie Meadows, Tommy Meadows, Steven Meadows, Nancy Rasmussen and Ellen Meadows.
