With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Debra J. Salon (Charleston, West Virginia), who passed away on November 26, 2020. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Genny. She is survived by: her father Jim Ramsey; her stepmother Lois Ramsey; her brother Bob Ramsey (Sharon Bragg Bufano); her daughter Kimberly Bowyer (Kristoffer); and her grandchildren, Chloe Cochran and Emerson Bowyer.
