She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Gene Copen and Wilma Jean Shelton; and her siblings, William Roger Copen and Robin Larch. She is survived by: her son Kenny Belcher of Charleston; her sisters, Rita Carr, Vickie Peck and Pamela (Doug Peck); and her granddaughter Sophie Belcher.
In keeping with Debra's final cremation wishes and due to the COVID-19 Pandemic concerns, a memorial service will be held at a later date.
