She is survived by: her husband James Withrow; her children, James Withrow II (Debbie), Jordan Bailey of Frederick, MD and Danielle Withrow of Charleston; her grandchildren, Celina Berry, Cheyenne Edwards, Shania, Shayna and Shayne Compton; her siblings, Wendy Spencer (Brian) and Larry Westfall; and her great grandchildren, Andrew, Paisley, Remy, Allie and Regan.
