It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dean Vance of Charleston, West Virginia, born in Clendenin, West Virginia, who passed away on June 30, 2023, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Vance and Mary Vance; his siblings, Darrell Vance, Bobby Vance, Richard Vance and Diana Cogar; and his stepfather Earnest Proctor.
He is survived by: his siblings, Marie Mullins (Milton), Tom Vance (Frances) and Lester Vance (Maybelle). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
