He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, David Clark Lowman (Ella Jean) and Sandra Jean Fierbaugh (Richie); his stepbrother Derek Martin Badgley (Susan); his stepmother Ella Jean Lowman (Meadows); his siblings, William Mark Lowman (Angela), Melinda Lee Wooden (Don) and Lori Lynn Lowman; his half-siblings, Benjamin Meadows Lowman (Melinda) and Allison Underwood; his stepsiblings, Jennifer Lee Young (Badgley) and Dalton D. Badgley; and his grandparents, Willard H. Lowman and Dorothy V. Lowman (Clark). He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews, cherished friends and neighbors, and appreciative animals.
