He is survived by: his children, Brittani Pack Thomas of Fairplain, Natalie Foster (Chris) of Dunbar and Drew Pack (Sheena) of Cross Lanes; his grandchildren, Graci, Owen Thomas, Maisyn Foster, Asher Foster, Collin, Jackson Martin and Kaylee Jean Pack; his stepmother Sherry Dorsey of Charleston; and his siblings, Tim Pack (Cheryl) of Florida, Mark Pack (Malia) of Tennessee, Deena Riddle (Sammy) of Amma, Lisa Ellis (Mark) of Tennessee, Debbie Seabolt (Larry) of Charleston and Diana Belcher (Ray) of Charleston. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
