He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Paul Fields and Betty Scott Fields of Virginia; and his wife Donna Keffer Fields. He is survived by: his daughter Amanda Vannoy (Jesse); his grandson Jesse Andrew "Andy" Vannoy II; his sister-in-law Sherry Turley (Dave); and his nieces and nephews, Carrie and Zac.
