He is survived by: his wife Theresa; his sisters, Sandra Murphy (Leo) and Sue Calvert; his nieces and nephews, Paul (Beth), Janie, David and Tracy (Jessie); his great-nieces, Caroline, Emma, Lilia and Stella; and his great-nephew Peter.
