He is survived by: his wife Patsy Kelly Hall; his daughter Molly; his son-in-law Bryan Morrison of Teays Valley; his brother Don; his sisters-in-law, Rhonda Hall of South Charleston and Cheryl (Johnny Reynolds); and his nephews, John Hall, Jeremy and Justin Hoffman.
