He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Case and Blanche Case; his former wife Delores Jean Case; and his siblings, Carmen, Margaret, James "Bud", Audrey of Orville, Charles "Chuck", Carolyn and William "Bill".
He is survived by: his wife Mary Case; his sisters, Imogene and Stephanie; his son Dale Edward Case (Lisa); his granddaughter Kayla; and his great grandchildren, Christopher, Landon and Kaylee.
