Curtis William Ramsey Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Curtis William Ramsey (Charleston, West Virginia), who passed away on October 5, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbert Ramsey and Chessie Ramsey; his son Walter "Bimbo" Ramsey; his siblings, Herbert Ramsey and Jaqueline Wilkinson; and his sons-in-law, Denny Ballard, William "Willy" Wooten and James "Jimmy" White.
He is survived by: his wife Dora Mae Ramsey; his children, Karen Davis (Bob), Donna Wooten, Pamela White, Gloria Ballard, Jill Sarrett (Jeff) and Jack Ramsey (Laura); his daughter-in-law Kelly Ramsey; and his sisters, Patricia Bobbitt and Evalea Skiles. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
Due to the continued concerns with the COVID-19 Pandemic, at the request of the Ramsey Family and the Big Bottom Missionary Baptist Church, we asked that if you plan to attend the funeral services please wear a face mask.
