He was loved and cherished by many people including: his sons, Curtis Jr., Charles, Robert of Charleston, WV and John (Paul Murphy) of Atlanta, GA.; his parents, Austin Withrow, Sr. and Martina Howard Withrow; his brothers, Austin Withrow, Jr. and Alfred Withrow (Jack); his wife Lucy Cary Peyton Withrow; his children, Curt of Washington, D. C., Chuck of Cleveland, OH and Mary Margaret Bradley of Lewisburg, WV; his son-in-law Jerry Bradley; his grandchildren, Kristen Klosterman, Justin Withrow, Daniel Withrow, Elizabeth Bradley and Grace Bradley; and his great grandchildren, Piper, Reid, Jack Kosterman, Peyton, Harper and William Curtis Withrow. He was also cherished by six nieces and four nephews.

Dr. and Mrs. Withrow donate too many organizations including: St. Matthews Episcopal Church and The Habitat for Humanity of Charleston, WV and West Virginia Wesleyan College.
