She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael D. Samples and Marie Caldwell Samples Carruthers; her husband John D. Mundy; her sister Arlene Samples Hayes; and her daughter-in-law Karen Santrock Mundy.
She is survived by: her children, Ann Marie Kennedy (Larry) of South Charleston, Rebecca Mundy of Huntington and J. Douglas Mundy of Hurricane; and her grandchildren, Kara Workman Orwig (Ryan), Bret A. Kennedy, Matthew E. Kennedy, Jacob M. Workman, J. Michael Mundy and Kaitlyn S. Mundy. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Snodgrass Funeral Home (4122 MacCorkle Ave SW, Charleston, WV 25309). A funeral service was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
