It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Constance E. Miller of Charleston, West Virginia, who passed away on January 2, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Arie Bonham and Genevieve McClung Bonham; and her siblings, Edward Bonham and Judith B. Phillips. She is survived by: her husband William B. Miller; her sons, Bill Miller Jr. (Katie) of Port St and Andrew L. Miller of Charleston; and her grandson Garrett Miller.
