With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Connie Ann Thomas of Charleston, West Virginia, who passed away on October 2, 2022 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Scott Hicks; her grandmother Sally Johnson; her siblings, Kenneth Hicks and Linda Hicks; and her son Sean Tyson.

She is survived by: her husband Samuel Thomas Jr.; her children, Curtis McNeil of Charleston, Walter Tyson (Thelma) of Cleveland, OH, Angela Blackwell-Thomas (William) of Columbia, MD, Samuel Thomas III (Andrea) of Charleston, Aaron Thomas of Charleston, Tracey Thomas (Amber) of Parkersburg, Lekesha Richardson of Baltimore, MD and Jason Thomas (Krista) of Williamstown; and her granddaughter Keshawna Arrollado (Michael) of Vancouver, WA. She is also survived by 50 grandchildren, 22 great- grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews and family.
