It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Colletta Ja Gray of Charleston, West Virginia, who passed away on November 15, 2023, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lynn Snodgrass Gray Scaggs and Charles W. Gray; and her niece Lorrie Finn. She is survived by: her sister Nannette Burger of Nitro, WV; her niece Stephanie Dingess; and her stepsiblings, Charlotte Bowling of Dunbar, WV and Russell Scaggs of Raleigh, NC..
