She is survived by: her sister Oveida Smith; her sons, John R. Boyden Jr. (Pamela) of Beckley, WV and Ronald L. Boyden (Clarice) of Beckley, WV; her stepdaughters, Loretta Coleman, Synester "Sandy" Scott and Evangelist Patricia Saunders; her grandchildren, James Lamont Brown (Tanielle), Phillip John Spurlock I (Staci) of Fairdale, WV, Farrah Rhonica Murray (RJ), Falon Chanel Boyden of Charleston, WV, John Robert Boyden III of Beckley, WV, Terra Nicole Hopkins (Jheramie) of Beckley, WV and Justin Ryan Boyden (Katie); her stepgrandchildren, Larry Bradley (LaRosa), Donna Coleman, Diane Johnson, Debra Coleman, Denise Campbell (Aaron), Denita Coleman and Marisha Stewart; and her siblings-in-law, Stella Meggison and Mose Terry. She is also survived by great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and friends.
Friends, while wearing masks and observing social distancing, may visit with the family one-hour prior.
