He was predeceased by: his parents, Locie Batten Morris and Frank Marlowe; and his stepfather Okey Morris. He is survived by: his siblings, Buck Morris and Mary Cross; his children, Jennie Nesselroade, Pete Batten, Debbie Meadows, Rena Young, Idena Treen and Angie Batten; and his grandchildren, Chelsea Fletcher, Cassidi Taylor, Dakota Grigsby, Ashley Batten, Austin Stephenson, Joanna Grigsby and Lexy Batten. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
