She was predeceased by: her daughter Angie Waugh Morgan; her mother Meredith Gwinn; her stepfather Rev. Roy Gwinn; and her father Charles Manley Stewart. She is survived by: her husband John C. "Jay" Waugh of Charleston, WV; her daughter Cheri Waugh (Kelley Lester) of Carolina Shores, NC; her son-in-law Brett "Buzzy" Morgan of Cross Lanes, WV; her grandchildren, Jenny Morgan (Russ Hunt) of Cuyahoga Falls, OH and John Morgan (Catherine Morgan) of Marysville, OH; and her sister Vickie Downey of Little Elm, TX.
