He is survived by: his parents, Tyrone Perkins and Shelia Perkins; his children, Tanylee Perkins, Tylee Sherrod and Azariah Perkins; his siblings, Christopher Perkins, Christina Perkins, Christian Perkins, Chrisjamar Perkins, Christal Perkins, Brianna Smith, Brandon Smith, Nakia Summers, Kanisha Summers and Antonio Summers; his grandmother Recheta Perkins; and his aunts, Tanya Singletary, Sherlia Perkins of Greensboro, Alice and Michelle White of Kansas City. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family is accepting donations in the honor of Chrishawn.
