He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Sneed and Minnie Sneed; and his sister Joyce Daske. He is survived by: his wife Regina; his daughters, Stacy Sneed (Todd Creamer) of Advance, NC and Laura Winland of Cincinnati, OH; and his grandchildren, Julio, Joe, Maddie and Alex.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to either the rescue group "Itty Bitty Kitty Committee" or "The Bible Center Church," both located in Charleston, WV. Your contributions to these organizations will honor Buddy's memory by supporting causes close to his heart.
