It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charles Rose of Charleston, West Virginia, born in Logan, West Virginia, who passed away on October 25, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Rose and Jessie Ruth Rose (Todd); his wife Cassandra Venise Rose (Freeman); and his siblings, Carl Rose (Bo Bo), Drema Pratt (Dee Dee) and Gloria Johnson.

He is survived by: his children, Charles Lee Rose, II (Chuck) and Saianya Rose of South Charleston; his siblings, Clarence Rose, Jr. (Rogie), Curtis Rose of Waterbury, CT and Jackie Rose of Charleston, WV; and his grandchildren, Jaleel, C'ajiah, Maurice, Jeremiah and Sainya. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

The family requests that anyone in attendance to please wear a mask.
