He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Rose and Jessie Ruth Rose (Todd); his wife Cassandra Venise Rose (Freeman); and his siblings, Carl Rose (Bo Bo), Drema Pratt (Dee Dee) and Gloria Johnson.
He is survived by: his children, Charles Lee Rose, II (Chuck) and Saianya Rose of South Charleston; his siblings, Clarence Rose, Jr. (Rogie), Curtis Rose of Waterbury, CT and Jackie Rose of Charleston, WV; and his grandchildren, Jaleel, C'ajiah, Maurice, Jeremiah and Sainya. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
