He is survived by: his children, Nicholas Kagen Woodin of St. Albans, Ciera Batarick of Kentucky, Abagail Priddy of Belle and Breanna Priddy Rhodes of Charleston; his former wife Amy Priddy of Charleston; his father Charles Eugene Priddy of Paint Creek; and his siblings, Donnie Priddy of Belle, Paul Priddy of Charleston, Lori Ann Parsons of Charleston and Christy Wallace of Crab Orchard. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
