He is survived by: his close friend Marsha Cooper of Charleston, WV; his siblings, Barbara Garrett of Charleston and Steven Dillon of St. Albans; his nieces and nephews, Breanna Garrett of Charleston, Aerial Dillon, Christa Gibson and Leigh Blankenship; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Brandon Dillon, Brian Blankenship, Christian Dillon and Adrian Garrett; and his close friend Elizabeth Moore.
