He was predeceased by: his mother Aileen Stalnaker; his stepfather Neil Stalnaker; and his brother Roger. He is survived by: his wife Maggie; and his sister Trudie Hanson (Lane) of Weeki Wachee, FL.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Mountain Heights Church, 1201 Chestnut Street, South Charleston, WV 25309.
