He was predeceased by: his father Charles Emmett Martin; and his wife Kathryn Susan Fink. He is survived by: his children, Kelly P. Hyre (Charles) of Winchester, VA and Richard Ray Martin (Tammy) of Dunbar; his brother Jerry Ray Martin (Carol) of Washington, WV; and his granddaughters, Sarah Huff (Bradford) of Winchester, VA and Abigail Hyre (Brian Chang) of Littleton, CO. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
