He is survived by: his wife Nellie Duffield Bailey; his daughters, Drenda Bumgardner (Rick) of Sissonville, Linda Willard (Danis) of Julian, NC and Lori Otey (Jason Ward) of Charleston; his grandchildren, Cory, Chris Good and Riley Otey; his stepgrandchildren, Jessica Bumgardner, Christy Gaylord, Robin Yow, Jamie, Jacob Ward and Randall Willard; his siblings, Sharon Mallorey, Phyllis Ellis (Jon) of Sugarloaf, PA, Sandra Hall (Mike) of Cyclone, WV and L. P. "Bo" Bailey (Randee) of Carthage, NY; and his close friends, Jon Ventura and Marvin Estep. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
