He is survived by: his siblings, Howard Justice (Connie) of Marmet and Dorothy "Dottie" Kerns of Charleston; and his nieces and nephews, Brenda, Angela, Michelle Justice, Greg, Jeff Shultz, Becky Peterson, Tony, Vickie Kerns, Kathy Courtney (Clay) and Artie Justice (Kim).
