He is survived by: his wife Oretta Keeney; his son Jason Keeney (Leah); his grandchildren, Wendy Williams (Steve) of Cross Lanes, Terry Westfall of Charleston, WV, Wesley Keeney, Scott Priest and Julie Priest; his aunt Audrey Keeney; and his caregivers, Kathy Smith, LuAnn Hall and Charlie.
Due to Covid concerns, a private family service is planned.
