He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Fisher and Mabel Fisher; his wife Sue Fisher; his son Chris Fisher; his granddaughter Ashley Fisher; and his siblings, Robert, Clarence, Howard Fisher, Jr. and Shirley Hudson.

He is survived by: his children, Chuck Fisher, Jr (Diana), Kevin Fisher (Jessica), Dreama Lupson, Tim and Carla Boggess; and his siblings, Earl, Darrell Fisher, Frances Oldham and Phyllis Flinner.
