He was predeceased by: his father James Edward Stumbo; his stepfather Roy Jennings Johnson; and his brother Rusty Mayenschein. He is survived by: his daughter Lynette Stumbo of Charleston; his sister Patricia Duncan of Belle; his girlfriend Dinace Harless of Charleston; and his grandchildren, Dylan, Jacob Atkins and Aubrey Egnor. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
