We are sad to announce that on February 26, 2021, at the age of 76, Charles E. Raad of Charleston, West Virginia, born in Mannington, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Nader Peters Raad and Ann Doshen Raad; and his siblings, Shirley Garcia and Nader P. Raad, Jr.. He is survived by: his sister Alice Martha Laufer (Penny) of Vincentown, NJ; his sister-in-law Pam Raad of Fairmont; and his godson Jordy Johnson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
