He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Lee and Mancel Baxter (Good). He is survived by: his wife Kathy Cooper Baxter; his children, Shawn Baxter (Morgan), Jennifer Cantley (Aaron) and Cindy Hudnall (Shane); his grandchildren, Aaron II, Jacob Cantley, Conner, Madilyn Hudnall, Abigail and Avery Baxter; his brothers, Ralph (Patty) and Steve (Debbie) of Scott Depot; his nephews, Eric and Joe Baxter; and his niece Shanna Baxter-Legg.
