He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Meadows and Ann Dilley Meadows; his former wife Carolyn Meadows; his son Ronald Louis Meadows; and his sister Ruth Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Joan Smith Meadows; his sons, David Meadows (Joey) of Dunbar and Casey Meadows of Charleston; his grandchildren, Madilyn and Raelyn Meadows; his stepsons, Darrell Smith of Ravenswood, Jeff of Charleston and Randy Smith of Charleston; and his siblings, Paul Meadows (Kathy) of Akron, OH, Carol Ann Meadows of Akron, OH and Debbie Newlon (Frank) of Akron, OH. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic and for the safety of family and friends there will be no public visitation and a private family funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM Monday May 11, 2020 at Stevens & Grass Funeral Home, Malden with Brother Hayward Harper officiating.
