He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Rossell Bibbee and Helen Swearengen Bibbee; and his sister Rebecca Bibbee Deison of Clarksburg, W. V.. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Sill Bibbee; his children, Alison (Bibbee) and Charles Clayton Bibbee Jr.; his grandchildren, Caroline Anne Bibbee, Charles Clayton Bibbee III and Sarah Jane Alison Bibbee; and his caregivers, Dawn, Becky, Pat, Connie, Maxine, Missy, Olga and Karen.
