He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Bowman and Mary Sheleva Bowman; his children, Susan Monseur and Jimmy Bowman; and his sister Mary Ann Monseur.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Ann; his children, Charles, Jr. (Amy) of Georgia, Jonathan (Aubrey) of Tennessee, Jeannette Bragg, Rebecca Bowman of Tornado and Lauri Cook (Matthew) of St. Albans; and his sisters, Mary Bowman and Jeannette Baron of Wheeling. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren and a special grand-dog.
