She is survived by: her daughters, Candi Davis (Mike) of Sissonville, Angie Guthrie (Scott) of Ripley and Tammy Ann Choosri; her grandchildren, Stephanie Cubias (Will), Jessie Savilla (Anthony), Jason, Nathan Cline, Bethany Pack (Ethan), Gabe Boonnak of Virginia, Kannika and Kati Boonnak; her great grandchildren, Oakley Pack and Akin Lindblad; and her siblings, Charles "Bub" Dixon (Judy) of Ohio, Johnny Ray Dixon (Rose) of Ohio, Sharon Bernard (Donny) of Oklahoma, Timmy Dale Dixon (Kathy) of West Virginia, George "Rudy" Hanna (Jenny) of North Carolina, Tommy Lee Hanna of North Carolina and Jeannie Setliff (Jeff) of North Carolina. She is also survived by many family members and friends.
