It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cecil Starcher (Charleston, West Virginia), who passed away on May 15, 2018, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Ferrell Starcher; and his wife Shirley Jean Tasker. He is survived by: his daughters, Jeri Lynn Starcher of Ga and Holly Jean Webb (Jimmy) of Ga; his mother Pearly Alice Sirks Cutlip; his siblings, David Starcher of Mink Shoals and Linda Powell of Ga; his grandchildren, Taylor and Jacob; and his great grandchild Lilah Jane.
