He was predeceased by: his parents, Bon Eller and Nell Eller. He is survived by: his children, Lisa Katherine Stalvey (Ron) of Columbia, SC and Christopher Keith Eller; his wife Kackie Sherman Eller; his son Chris Eller (Carrie) of Charleston, WV; his grandchildren, Brycen Stalvey, Ali Eller and Vince Eller; and his siblings, Venus Edmire (Tom) of Scottsdale, AR and Bernie Eller (Bettie) of Charleston, WV..
Due to COVID-19 restrictions there will be a walk through visitation from 5:00 to 7:00 pm, Wednesday, November 18, 2020 at Snodgrass Funeral Home, South Charleston for friends to pay their respects.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to a Go Fund Me account which has been set up for the 5th floor nurses and staff at CAMC Memorial Hospital who cared for Cecil during his fight with COVID-19. Gofundme.
