He was predeceased by: his wife Mildred; his son Michael; and his siblings, Kenneth, Bill, Thurman, Rixey, Stanley, Lester, Iona Marion and Mary Martin.
He is survived by: his parents, William H. and Bertha Belcher Oxley; his son Ed Oxley (Connie) of Scott Depot; his grandchildren, Kimberly Oxley, Trevor Oxley and Tammy Alaniz; his sister-in-law Carlene Oxley; his friend Mel Bunch; and also, Mary Lou McElfish and Connie Louden. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
