He was predeceased by: his wife Margie Dean; and his son Billy Dean. He is survived by: his children, Sherry Arthur (Chuck), Allen Dean (Sarah), Tim Dean (Theresa), Harvey Dean (Angie) and Kevin Dean (April); and his sister Betty. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
